Payment and delivery

  • A 65% deposit is required when placing and confirming an order unless an alternative arrangement has been made with Naomi/Marius.
  • If cheques are deposited into our bank account, ordering of stock will only commence once payment has been cleared.
  • Stock ordered will be delivered within 7 – 10 working days from time of order, depending on:
  • When the order is confirmed.
  • Receipt of the deposit/payment.
  • Availability of stock.
  • Confirmation of quantities requiring branding.
  • Orders not exceeding R1000-00 will attract a R250-00 handling fee.
  • Our quotation facilitates the signing of acceptance thereof at the bottom of the page. This document is to be scanned and returned to our office via e-mail to confirm the order.
  • E-mails and faxes can go missing. Please confirm with Wise Man’s Gifts that proof of payment has been received.

 

Branding conditions

 

  • Branding will only commence once full payment for stock and branding has been received and artwork has been approved.
  • If cheques are deposited into our bank account, ordering of stock and branding will only commence once payment has been cleared.
  • Delivery dates are quoted from the day after artwork approval and receipt of payment – whichever is later.
  • Amendments made to proofs will result in a delay to the delivery date.
  • Please confirm with Wise Man’s Gifts that they have received the sign off of your proofs. We cannot take responsibility for non-delivery of products if layout approval is not received.

 

Acceptable file formats:

  • Vector artwork is preferred - .CDR/.EPS/.AI
  • PC format artwork only.
  • If artwork is received in the correct format, we shall do our utmost to provide layouts within 24 hours.
  • Artwork not received in Vector format, will attract a drawing fee of R250-00.  
  • Branded items are not returnable for credit.
  • Branding cancelled after layouts have been generated will be charged for at R375-00 ex VAT/layout.

 

Cancellations

 

  • Written orders (by fax or e-mail), constitute a binding contract and is legally enforceable.
  • Once an order for products has been e-mailed or faxed, cancellations prior to collection, will be subject to a 25% handling and admin fee and R375-00 per layout if a layout was created.
  • Branded items are not returnable for credit.
  • Unbranded orders returned after stock has been delivered, will be accepted at the sole discretion of management, subject to a 25% handling and admin fee. Please do not attempt to return orders prior to obtaining written consent from Wise Man’s Gifts.
